Return & Refund Policy

At Zoraa Collections, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure all orders are carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you face any issues, please review our return and refund terms below:

Return Window

  • Returns will be accepted only within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

  • No return requests will be accepted after 48 hours under any circumstances.

Mandatory for Damaged Product Returns

  • In case of damaged or defective products, an unboxing video is mandatory for processing the return.
    (The video must be clear, continuous, and start from opening the sealed package.)

Cancellations

  • Order cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed.

Refund Terms

  • Full refund, including transportation cost, will be issued only for damaged products with valid unboxing proof.

  • Return product refunds will be issued via store credit/gift cards only—no cash/bank refunds.

  • No refund will be initiated for orders returned via self/courier service without our confirmation.
